The Minister of Oil and Minerals, Abd al-Salam Abdullah Ba Abboud, and the Governor of Hadramout, Commander of the Second Military Region, Major General Faraj Salmeen al-Bahsani, inaugurated today in Mukalla, the Bin Hallabi Ready Mix Concrete Company.
During the inauguration, which was attended by the first undersecretary of Hadramout, Sheikh Amr bin Habrish Al-Ali, and the governorate’s undersecretary for valley and desert affairs, Issam Habrish Al-Kathiri, Minister Baaboud and Governor Al-Bahsani listened to the director of the Bin Hallabi Group, Faris Bin Hallabi,To an explanation of the components of the project, whose total cost is (3,500,000) three million five hundred thousand dollars, and includes a ready-mix concrete plant with a production capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour, and is characterized by the presence of a speed control device that allows the increase to 150 cubic meters per hour, and the project also includes 15 mixers With a capacity of 12 cubic meters for each mixer, equipped with a vibrator for concrete to maintain quality, and accommodates 50 workers in its first phase.

Minister Baaboud indicated that the security stability enjoyed by the Governor of Hadramout helped to create a suitable environment that helped investors establish their own projects, expressing his happiness for the opening of the project, and calling on traders and investors to contribute to the urban and economic renaissance in Hadramout in general.
The Governor of Hadramout affirmed the local authority’s interest in investors and investment projects, support and encouragement, and providing all facilities for the success of projects in the governorate, within the authority’s interest in investment, pointing out that Bin Hallabi Ready Mix Concrete Company is an important economic edifice that contributes to the urban renaissance in the governorate, wishing the company’s leadership success in their work. .
