Minister of Oil and Minerals, Abdul Salam Abdullah Ba Abboud, inspected the oil installations of the Yemeni Oil Company, Hadramout Coast Branch, in the Khalaf region.
During the visit, in which he was accompanied by the first undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate, Sheikh Amr bin Habrish, Minister Baaboud heard from the Director General of the Yemeni Oil Company in Hadramout Coast, Dr. Khaled Salman Al-Akbari, to a full explanation of the status of the oil derivatives storage facilities and the expansion underway by adding two new tanks with a total capacity of twenty-three One thousand metric tons, which will help secure a strategic storage in oil derivatives, pointing out that the company is supplying the governorate of Hadramout and the neighboring governorates with oil derivatives, and the Minister of Oil and Minerals was also briefed on the construction work in the new building for the management of oil installations,The work on the project is in full swing and it is expected that work will be completed and delivered within three months.
