The Aden Oil Company issues a clarification denying the existence of a crisis or a new rise in the price of oil

Aden – Private
The Aden Oil Company issued an important clarification to the citizens regarding what is being said about the existence of a crisis in oil derivatives.
An official source in the company denied the existence of a crisis in oil derivatives, referring to arrangements made by the company’s leadership, represented by its general manager, Professor Intisar Al-Arasha, with the concerned authorities to complete the mechanism for supplying the local market with fuel.
The source emphasized that there was no new rise in the price of fuel, pointing out that the recent increase came due to the high global prices in addition to the high exchange rate of the US dollar against the Yemeni riyal.
The source pointed out that the committee formed to purchase and determine prices is currently studying the conditions that would lead to reaching appropriate solutions, noting that this rise led to a delay in the descent of oil derivatives to the local market, which caused confusion on the part of some.

He stressed that the company’s leadership is making great efforts to ensure the supply of power stations with fuel, while the government and the competent authorities in the local authority in Aden and the oil company are working to overcome any pitfalls in the supply in order to reduce the burdens on citizens.
The source called on all citizens not to believe the rumors and supply the oil derivatives they need to miss the opportunity for black market traders
