Baaboud discusses with the French ambassador aspects of cooperation and support in the oil and gas field

Minister of Oil and Minerals, Abdel Salam Ba Abboud, discussed with the French Ambassador to our country Jean-Marie Safa, activating cooperation and partnership in the oil and gas field.

During the meeting, Baaboud discussed the difficulties and obstacles facing the government in the current stage, the most important of which is the economic aspect, which requires concerted efforts by the international community in sBaaboud explained that the government will set its priorities to improve the economic and service aspect, which is the most important factor in the stabilization process, which requires the provision of revenues from all the state’s revenue sectors, the most important of which is the oil and gas sector.

He stressed that the political leadership is keen to make all efforts to activate the work of government institutions and provide all services to citizens in all of the republic’s governorate, and this is what the government will work on in the next phase.upporting and supporting the Yemeni government in all fields.

French Ambassador Jean-Marie Safa congratulated the formation of the government and his happiness with this step is an actual translation of the Riyadh Agreement, stressing that his country will work on the success of this government and will continue to coordinate with all government agencies, the first of which is the Ministry of Oil to ensure the activation of partnership and coordination between the two sides.
