An important speech by His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Mr. Abdul Salam Baaboud, upon his arrival in Seiyun City

His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Abdul Salam Abdullah Ba Abboud, arrived at Seiyun Airport in Hadramawt governorate, on an official visit to open and inaugurate a number of projects and to see the work of the oil companies operating in the governorate, where he was received by the Undersecretary of Hadramout Governorate for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert Directorates Issam Habrish Al-Kathiri.
His Excellency Minister Baaboud explained that his visit to Hadramout comes in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi and the Prime Minister, Dr. Muin Abdul-Malik, to revitalize the oil sector and the oil units affiliated with the ministry, indicating that the opening, inauguration and laying of the foundation stone for a number One of the strategic projects that will develop the work of the oil and gas companies in Hadramout Governorate and improve the basic services that touch the lives of citizens.

The Minister of Oil indicated that the visit will include inspecting the work of the oil companies operating in Hadramout Governorate, to view their production activities and future plans to develop the level of production and focus on community development in the concession areas of these companies.
In turn, the Undersecretary of Hadramout Governorate for Valley and Desert Directorates, Issam Habrish Al-Kathiri, welcomed the visit of His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals to Wadi Hadramout to get a closer look at the activities of the oil companies operating in the governorate and the units of the ministry, and to review the plans of the local authority in the valley and the desert in the field of business development The oil and gas companies, and discuss increasing community development projects

The reception ceremony was attended by Major General Saleh Taimus, Commander of the First Military and the assistant undersecretaries for the affairs of the Valley and Desert Directorates, Mr. Abdul Hadi Al-Tamimi, Eng.
