A meeting to discuss investment plans and programs for the Yemeni Company for Petroleum and Mineral Investments
This morning, in the building of the Yemen Petroleum and Mineral Investments Company in the temporary capital, Aden, a meeting was chaired by Professor / Anwar Salem Hassan, Acting Director of the General Oil and Gas Corporation and Executive General Director of the Yemeni Gas Company, And in the presence of Dr. Abdullah Omair, Executive Director General of the Yemeni Company for Petroleum and Mineral Investments, and directors of the various departments of the company.
The meeting was devoted to discussing a number of issues related to the activities of the Yemeni Company for Oil and Mineral Investments, its plans for the current year 2021 and ways to enhance continuous coordination with the General Oil and Gas Corporation and joint cooperation and integration with the Yemeni Gas Company. The meeting discussed the company’s investment activities programs in various fields and sectors.
The Acting Director General of the General Organization for Oil and Gas started the meeting with a speech urging the importance of intensifying efforts to achieve cooperation and joint integration between national companies operating in the field of oil, gas and minerals, as it raises the level of the oil industry in Yemen.
Which will be reflected positively on the level of improvement in the revenue income of the national economy. For his part, Dr. Abdullah Omair, Executive Director General of the Yemeni Company for Petroleum and Mineral Investments, welcomed the Acting General Director of the General Corporation for Oil and Gas, praising his role and leadership of the corporation in contributing to promoting the activity of the oil sector in Yemen, confirming the company’s keenness to Work according to the strategic directions and visions of the General Organization for Oil and Gas, expressing his hope and confidence that the meetings and meetings between the corporation and the company will continue to achieve the higher interests of the country and the citizen.
